INTRODUCTION

A workplace sexual harassment policy defines unwelcome sexual conduct that can create a hostile or offensive work environment. Sexual harassment generally is a pervading problem and workplace sexual harassment can include a variety of behaviours, including; unwelcome sexual advances or touching, offensive remark about a person’s sex or even request for sexual favours. Any person regardless of gender can be a harasser or a victim of sexual harassment in the workplace
